What kind of products do you sell?

We specialize in official Sanrio merchandise from Japan and some other Japan IP (Chiikawa, Monchichi, Rilakkuma and others)

Most products are available through preorders, with some ready stock items available from time to time.

What is preorder?

A preorder item is not currently in stock. You can place your order in advance, and once the item arrives from Japan, we will ship it to you.

Preorders allow us to offer exclusive or newly released items from Japan.

How long does preorder take?

The waiting time depends on the official release date in Japan and the shipping time to Malaysia.

On average, preorder items take 4–8 weeks to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the product release schedule.

Once we receive the item from Japan, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • QR Code Payment (Touch ’n Go / Bank apps)

  • Bank Transfer

 Payment instructions will be provided during checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and payment (full or deposit) has been made.

This is because each preorder item is specially ordered from Japan for the customer.

 

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the order is cancelled.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Preorder items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order is confirmed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to Malaysia and Singapore.

If you are located outside these countries, please contact us before placing an order.

How much is shipping?

West Malaysia: RM8
East Malaysia: RM15

Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.

How will I know when my order arrives?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Email confirmation with tracking number
SMS notification when the parcel is out for delivery
