Mewmii Bear sells both ready-stock and preorder items. Preorders depend on product release dates (for example Sanrio items released in Japan) and international shipping schedules. Delivery times for preorders are only estimates and may take weeks or months to arrive. Your order will be shipped once we receive the products from suppliers. Preorders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if a product cannot be supplied by the manufacturer or if preorder conditions (such as minimum purchase quantities) are not met.
